Exchanges and returns
You can send your order back up to 30 days after receipt, and we ensure that the purchase price will be received in your account within five working days after receipt of the return. Simple return in three simple steps:
Step 1: Fill out the return slip Download the return slip here and fill it out completely.
Step 2: Send your order together with the completed return form to the address, which is specified on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a track-and-trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want misunderstandings.
Step 3: Preserving the purchase amount on your bank account As soon as we have received the package, we ensure that the purchase amount is back on your bank account within five working days.
Cost of the return
Basically, they are always responsible for the costs of returning a product. Have you received the wrong goods/variant? Then you do not need to return this product, we will send you a new product.
DEFECT
You do not have to send defective products back. This is because we cannot offer them again. In this case you simply get a new product or the purchase price will be reimbursed. The only thing we ask you is confirming the defective product in the form of 1 or more photos of the product.

Get the wrong product
If you have ordered a certain variant of a product, but have received another or a false product, you can also use the form on this page to request a new delivery of the right product or the correct variant. Please add a photo as proof of the incorrectly delivered product or the wrong variant and indicate which product or variant you would like to receive instead.
How does the return work?

Go to a post office near you and send off the items. Always provide the package with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are legally responsible for this, and theoretically we can reject the return if there is no track & trace code.
Step 4: Let the purchase amount transfer to your bank account
As soon as the package has been received, we ensure that the purchase amount will be rejected to your account within five days! The reimbursement takes place using the same method with which you paid. In the event of a bank transfer, you will receive the amount back to your bank account, in the case of Klarna the entire invoice amount will be deducted and in the event of a credit card, the entire credit is added to your credit card.

Does your return not meet the above requirements? Unfortunately we cannot edit your return or reimburse you to buy.
TREATMENT
As soon as we have processed your return and the reimbursement has been made, you will be automatically notified. Of course, we strive to do this as soon as possible. Have you heard of us after 30 days? Please contact our customer service.
Note: If you send a product back and it is damaged or incomplete, we cannot accept it and do not reimburse the purchase price. So please make sure that you pack the products correctly if you send them back, especially with fragile products.

Where can I find the return form?
You can request it below by sending us an email using the contact form. You will receive it from us as soon as your return is registered.
Where can I find the Track & Trace code?
You will receive the Track & Trace code from the post office or postal service from which you send the return to us. So make sure that you send the return with a track & trace number of the postal service you used to send the shipment. You can send us this Track & Trace code that you received from Swiss Post by email after you have registered your return.
Where can I find the return address?
You will receive the return address from us as soon as you have registered your return.
Note: The sender address on your package is not identical to our return address. Please do not simply send the products back to this address without prior notice. Returns to a different address than our return address can unfortunately not be refunded because we will never receive them.
Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the order confirmation email that you received in our web shop after your order. You can also find your order number in all shipping notification emails you received from us. The order number consists of 4 or 5 digits.
If you cannot find your order number. Send us an email and ask for your order number!
